Mathematica 8 has an extensive collection of built-in graph styles. This Demonstration shows these graph styles applied to a small selection of the large curated collection of example graphs in Mathematica 8. Within Mathematica, graph styles, along with other features, can also be used on any graph by right-clicking the graph.
