Illustrating the Use of Discrete Distributions

This Demonstration illustrates the use of many of the discrete distributions in Mathematica 8.

Select the distribution from the display, then select the values of the parameters by using the sliders. The PMF (probability mass function) and the CDF (cumulative distribution function) are displayed. As you mouse over each bar in the PMF plot (when in bar chart mode), the height of the bar is displayed automatically.
