This Demonstration allows you to explore the diagrams of some of the most common molecules in so-called "junk" food: cholesterol, sucrose (sugar), caffeine, and phenylalanine (a sweetener). The two different views show you the colored structure diagram of the molecule and the 3D plot of the molecule and its connections. Drag to rotate the 3D plots.
