Five rhombic dodecahedra (RD) are combined so that the vertices of each RD coincide with those of the pentagonal dodecahedron and icosidodecahedron. The space enclosed by the five RDs (that is, by the rhombic dodecahedron 5‐compound) is shaped like one of many possible deltoidal hexecontahedra, which can be seen when you look inside the assembly. To show its position, one of the RDs is left visible as the opacity of the four other RDs is decreased.
